The Learning Commons

Our Learning Commons is open to students throughout the school day. Each grade visits the Learning Commons at least once a week to sign out books and access learning materials. From home or on the road you can search our library's resources by author, title, subject, keyword, series, editor/illustrator, or "sounds like" searches using our Follett Destiny™ Library Software. You can also search library resources at other schools within our Board. If you are at one of our schools, your can search our library's resource here.

Our Catholic School Council funded a Parent Library in our Learning Commons. The books in this section are great resources of support for parents and can be signed out free of cost on a 2 week basis.

Our lovely Librarian, Ms Nikki Tripp, hosts 3 Book Fairs each year, including the Regional Scholastic Book Fair! Thank you, Ms Tripp, for all of your great work supporting Literacy for our community.

Our Learning Commons houses an amazing large screen for presentations. We also store a wide range of board games and playing cards so that our students can socialize and enjoy each other's company during Games Club times or during those days when the weather restricts outdoor play. Our Learning Commons is a dynamic space which is treasured by students and staff.
